Following our rear-end rigidity upgrade, it’s time to give the front end the same treatment.

With this, the entire suspension system on our DT-04 will be unified with Eagle Racing aluminum parts. We’re aiming for the sharpest, most responsive handling possible.
The Four Key Aluminum Components
We’re replacing four key parts in this overhaul with aluminum components from Eagle Racing.
AL Front Lower Arm (DT-04-01P4)
A crucial foundation for the suspension.
AL Front Knuckle (DT-04-01P1)
This directly impacts steering precision.
AL Front C-Hub (DT-04-01P2)
Supports the knuckle and is vital for durability.
Front Adjustable Upper Arm (DT-04-01P3F)
This will allow us to fine-tune the camber angle for optimal performance.
The Front-End Overhaul
Here is the front end before the swap, featuring various Tamiya parts. We will be replacing all of these with components from Eagle Racing.
And here is the front end after the conversion. The all-black aluminum parts create a cohesive and incredibly aggressive look.
With all the new parts installed and the wheels mounted, the transformation is complete. We’ve also set the camber using the new adjustable upper arms.
The Final Result
Here is a full frontal view of the completed buggy. Both the front and rear suspension systems are now fully upgraded with Eagle Racing aluminum. This massive increase in rigidity should make the buggy’s handling incredibly direct and responsive.
